What happens on the 15 to 20 minute discovery call?
We scope your venue properly: dates, format, capacity, and budget. By the end of the call we have a clear brief, and you have a sense of what is possible. No pressure, and no preparation needed on your side.
What does free venue sourcing include?
We match venues to your brief from our relationships across Canada, then send a curated venue shortlist with capacity, availability, and an all-in budget range for each. Venue sourcing is included at no cost to you.
What size and budget events do you handle?
We are built for corporate events at $50K and up: galas, anniversaries, summits, conferences, and milestone celebrations, from intimate executive dinners to galas of a thousand guests and more.
Which cities do you cover?
We are based in Toronto and source venues across Canada. If your event is in a major Canadian market, we can shortlist for it.
How soon do I get my shortlist after the call?
Within 3 to 5 business days of the discovery call. The shortlist is built to the brief we scope together, not a blind send.
Do you only do venues, or the whole event?
Both. Sourcing is where we start. From there one team plans and produces the entire event: planning, production, AV, decor, and entertainment, from venue to final toast.
