We focus on comprehensive event design rather than individual item rentals. Our team creates cohesive environments by curating every element, from furniture and florals to custom builds. This approach ensures a unified aesthetic that elevates your brand and guest experience.

Can you incorporate our company branding into the decor?

Why should we partner with you instead of a rental company?

We are not restricted to the inventory of a single supplier. We source the best elements from all leading decor, rental, and floral partners to curate a fully cohesive design narrative. Additionally, our significant booking volume allows us to access preferred rates that maximize the value of your investment.

How far in advance should we begin the design process?

We recommend starting the design phase at least three months before your event. This timeline allows for detailed mood board development, custom fabrication, and sourcing of premium materials. For complex installations or large scale galas, earlier engagement is always preferable.

Do you handle setup and teardown?

Our team manages the entire installation and dismantle process. We coordinate all vendors, deliveries, and on site styling to ensure flawless execution. You can arrive at a fully transformed venue and leave immediately after the event concludes.

Do you provide decor for events outside of Toronto?

We execute event design across Canada. Our team travels to manage the installation and ensure the design integrity is potential maintained regardless of location. We have established relationships with premium vendors in major cities to support our vision.

What is the starting budget for custom event design?

Our custom design projects typically start at a specific investment level of $15,000 to ensure quality and impact.
